Pop Up Yoga: New Moon, New Year Intention Setting
This program will be held indoors in one of our well-ventilated classrooms. Group size will not exceed current state restrictions.

Show up for yourself in the new year with yoga, meditation, and botanical views. This class will include mindful intention setting through movement, journaling, and meditative stillness. Intention setting during a new moon is a powerful practice that will support the conditions for our intentions to grow in this new year. This is all all-levels class; modifications will be provided for everyone, and all are encouraged to practice at their own pace.

Mandi is an experienced 500-hour Kripalu yoga instructor and a yoga practitioner for nearly 20 years. Her calming and intuitively guided classes aim to provide energetic balance and a refuge from the hectic activities of daily life. Mandi’s background begins with the rich practices of Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Kundalini yoga -- and expands to specialize in intuitive sequencing, seasonal yoga practices, yoga for special populations, and guiding pranayama, meditation and relaxation.
