Winter is more than halfway over, but the slow transition to spring is often the most challenging part. Yet despite what the weather forecast indicates, a conscious practice of yoga and self-healing can help you feel warm and uplifted again. Join Jennie and Mandi for a hopeful and reinvigorating yoga practice that will help recondition your body and create space for increasing light. This practice will incorporate cleansing and elevating essential oils to lift your spirits and awaken your vitality, kundalini yoga to increase your magnetism and raise your vibration, and time for journaling to create intentions for the year to come. You'll leave feeling lighter, brighter, and with new tools and practices to survive the late winter slog.

Mandi is an experienced 500-hour Kripalu yoga instructor and a yoga practitioner for nearly 20 years. Her calming and intuitively guided classes aim to provide energetic balance and a refuge from the hectic activities of daily life. Mandi's background begins with the rich practices of Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Kundalini yoga -- and expands to specialize in intuitive sequencing, seasonal yoga practices, yoga for special populations, and guiding pranayama, meditation and relaxation.
