Join Rebecca for this relaxing and restorative retreat that will balance your mind and body. Rebecca will guide you through calming meditation, gentle yoga to open your body and release tension, followed by deep rest and relaxation. In our busy and often demanding modern world, it is necessary to take time and find ways to release stress, replenish our energy levels, and restore a sense of balance in our lives. Give yourself this opportunity to nourish yourself and experience peace.

Rebecca is a certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor as well as a Balanced Athlete Coach (which takes a holistic approach to physical exercise and fitness). She is a Trauma-Informed Teacher specializing in addressing stress and anxiety. Rebecca holds the ERYT and YACEP educator credentials with Yoga Alliance. Rebecca studies meditation within a Buddhist lineage and is an authorized Buddhist Guide. She studies under renowned author and Buddhist Meditation Teacher, David Nichtern, and served on his team, helping to develop and format course content and curriculum for many Meditation programs and Meditation Teacher Trainings.
