Gardens and Farmer's Markets are brimming with fresh herbs! Capture the flavors of summer's herbs to use for fall and winter cooking as well as holiday gift giving. In the lecture style workshop learn how to fill your pantry shelves with jewel toned bottles of herb vinegars, golden brown herb mustards, jars of herb salt and bottles of herbal syrups to use for desserts and in cocktails. We'll discuss how to make herbed butters, pestos and pastes to store in your freezer.

Herb enhanced condiments are quickly and easily made, add savor and flavor to everyday meals and make loving gifts for friends and family. RECIPE PACKET IS INCLUDED IN CLASS.
