Recharge and Flow Yoga

Yoga will run rain or shine. If it is raining or too cold yoga will be held in one of our well ventelated indoor classrooms. Masks are required during your practice

Enjoy a midweek, mid-day yoga break with a mindful all-levels vinyasa flow and meditation surrounded by nature. Please bring your own mat and any needed props.

Mandi is an experienced 500-hour Kripalu yoga instructor and a yoga practitioner for nearly 20 years. Her calming and intuitively guided classes aim to provide energetic balance and a refuge from the hectic activities of daily life. Mandi’s background begins with the rich practices of Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Kundalini yoga -- and expands to specialize in intuitive sequencing, seasonal yoga practices, yoga for special populations, and guiding pranayama, meditation and relaxation.
