Qigong (Chi Kung) and Tai Chi are mind-body practices that offers health benefits on many levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Surrounded by the beautiful conservatory plants, breathe deeply and practice gentle fluid movements mindfully to reduce stress and improve strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, range of motion, and stamina. Dress in comfortable loose layers.   

Rose Lee has been teaching Chinese martial arts for more than 20 years in fitness clubs, retirement communities and senior centers. She is an inspiring enthusiastic instructor.
